In autumn 2018, ameeting was held between the president of the Russian Federation, VladimirPutin, the King of Saudi Arabia, His Majesty Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud.
As part of this meeting, many intergovernmental agreements were signed.
Art-Studio Alexander Prokhorov was invited to set the first stone in the development of culture between the two countries. The decision was made in favour of designing an original collection of gold postage stamps in coloured enamel dedicated to Sacred Mecca. The collection replicates 40 stamps issued by 24 Islamic countries over the course of many years.
Unique 3D-technology enabled the artists to recreate fine embossed details, allowing the stamps to take on volume.
The gold ornaments are exact replicas of famous postage stamps representative of important historical, scientific, and cultural achievements in all the Islamic countries in question.
A unique aesthetic endeavor, the golden stamps will exist forever as examples of high XXI century art.

The collection was created based on postage stamps issued by 24 Islamic countriesover the course of many years: Afghanistan, Algeria, Bangladesh, Cameroon,Comoros, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Libya, Malaysia, Mali, Mauritania,Morocco, Niger, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Syria,Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, Yemen.

The collection is package in metal cases: each stamp in an individual case. Multiple package of all the cases in metal boxes: 10 cases in one box. There are 4 metal boxes totaly.

40 postage stamps were not chosen by chance. The number "40" has a special meaning in the Quran.
The Holy Quran gives us very valuable information through the number "40".
A huge role in Islam is given to the Hadith ("News - Explanation"). They separated into two categories:
1) Hadith from the Prophet.
2) Hadith from the One Creator (“Al-Ahadis Al-Qudsiyah”).
We have been granted only 40 of these Holy Hadith Quds.
The prophecy was granted to the Prophet Muhammad when he was 40 years old.
The Great Book says that a man by his 40 years must firmly stand on the Straight Path of the MostHigh, entrusting himself and his family to the Will of the One Creator: “When he reaches the age of forty, he says —My Lord! Encourage me to be grateful to You! Give me a good posterity! Truly, Iappeal to You only, I have surrendered to You only!” (46:15).
There is an ayat in the Great Quran, proving the numbers are from the Creator Himself and they are the Omen (Miracle) of the One Lord. “I swear by even and odd numbers” (89: 3), says Allah in His Book.
